The Beiger Mansion Inn is centrally located in the heart of Mishawaka, highway 933, 3 blocks east of Main Street.

From the 80/90 Toll way:

Take exit 83 to Capital Avenue.   At Capital Avenue turn left.    Go South on Capital until you cross the St. Joe River, at Lincolnway (highway 933) turn Right.     We are located just before you come into downtown Mishawaka on the left (South) side of the street on the corner of Union Street and Lincolnway East.

From the South on Highway 31:

Just before you come into South Bend on highway 31, take the 20 by-pass east. It will be marked Mishawaka/Elkhart. Exit at Mishawaka/Breman exit and turn left (north). Just beyond the railroad underpass turn right onto Lincolnway. we are two blocks on the right.
